October 13th Workout
Today was a fun class today! Thanks for everyone that showed up!!
We did a 5×5 for Deadlift
Manlift- is a lift from your knees. First you do a roll out with the bar. You will be engaging your abs. When you roll the bar back you do a clean and push press it over your head. that is one rep.
15 MINUTE AMRAP
10 lunges with bar on your back
10 bent over rows with bar
10 windshield wippers with bar pressed over chest.
