Work on repeat ability. Work on jumping with DB in hands.
EMOTM for 20 minutes
6 power cleans on even minutes go heavy
10 weighted jumping lunges.
Wanted to work on explosiveness and really attacking this workout. Everyone did awesome today. I think the music choice had something to do with it for the morning class!!!
