Skill: Box jump

Work on repeat ability. Work on jumping with DB in hands.


EMOTM for 20 minutes

6 power cleans on even minutes go heavy

10 weighted jumping lunges.

Wanted to work on explosiveness and really attacking this workout. Everyone did awesome today. I think the music choice had something to do with it for the morning class!!!

    Every minute on the minute until either the time runs out, or you cannot complete all of the reps within the minute time frame.
