Skill: Back Squat.  The goal is to go up in weight every set.  20 Min Time Cap
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2

WOD: Wall Ball 20/14 Push Press 55/75 top of every minute you do 4 burpees
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
you do 10 wall ball and 10 push press, 9 wall ball and the cycle continues until you finish at 1. and you have to do 4 burpees every minute
