Hello! My name is Kelly I’m interested in joining a crossfit group. I have never tried it before and I am not sure how to start. However, I have been reading about this cross fit and I really want to get into shape and really get healthy! I’m only 18 and it has been awhile since I have had a daily exercise routine. Please help on whether crossfit is for me or if I should stick to a regular gym! Thank you!

Not right now. If you can get some other people to join you in the class, we can accommodate a time that works for you. We need 5 people to start a new class time.
