How To Start

The Elements Course is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes.  The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly.  You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit.

Elements Class is limited to 5 people and is 3 classes.

  1. Hello! I am very interested in cross fit! I love the culture and the intensity of it. I have a full time job with Richland Bank and go to school at OSU. I think I’m in decent shape but I want more! I want to be apart of the cross fit lifestyle. I am not sure if anything can be done but I’m asking for a little guidance with this process.   3. Hi! I was looking to get back into crossfit. I did it for a few months last winter. I’m trying to decide which gym would be a great fit for me. I’m not sure when a good time to start would be or how you do classes there.
