If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than typical gym memberships. What do you get from a typical gym membership? You pay a flat fee to use the equipment. At Fit 1 CrossFit, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door. Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training. Remember, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals!

To put the price in perspective. Personal trainers cost from $35-$100 a training session. If you go on the low end of that $35, 4 training sessions would cover a month of CrossFit. I really feel you will get better results with 1 month of CrossFit than 4 training sessions with a personal trainer!

Everyone must participate in our Elements class if you have no previous CrossFit Experience. Elements Class is 3 classes and is a one time fee of $50. Check out the How to Start page!

I am part of a legion down in Ocala, fl but will be in Ohio for a week. Looking for a gym to do my training for the games. Is that possible and cost? What days are you doing yours?

I’m 64 and don’t exercise but want to. I can’t push myself out the door to do boring walking. I need someone to make me do things. I’m 5’9″ and 218 lbs. I’ve tried Weight Watchers and couldn’t eat enough points. Right now I’m trying low carb. Do you think it’s too hard for me? Thx!

    • Brenda,
I recommend you calling Angie at 419-529-6444. You can absolutely do Crossfit everything is scaled. We actually have a weight loss program as well. You might want to ask Angie about that as well. She is amazing and have helped thousands of people. Check out Ontario fitness club Facebook page if you want to see success stories from the program.
